The area

Pernes-les-Fontaines is the village of 41 fountains, the oldest from the 15th century, in the Comtat Venaissin with Mont Ventoux on the horizon. The Saturday market from 8 am to 1 pm, the producers' market on Wednesday evenings from April to October, the view from the Tour Ferrande, and Avignon 20 km away.

Fervenza is a French company for all-inclusive weddings. With Émilie and the whole team, we're already planning weddings for 2027 and 2028.

How much does a wedding at Château des 3 Fontaines cost?

From €90,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once you agree, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, or something you add along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can't make it?

We replace them. They're our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd's. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can't be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the château directly?

You can, it's a beautiful house. The château rents you its park, its Orangerie and its rooms, and opens its address book. You then bring together the caterer and the drinks, the music and the DJ, and the decor. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the château keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 400 at table in the Orangerie, and up to 800 for drinks on the lawn. 34 of you can sleep at the château. From the family weekend for 34 to the big party, the estate keeps up.

Which dates are still free?

Tell us your date, we check with the château and reply in writing.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes: in the park, in the shade of the century-old trees, or by the château's grand steps. The park has several spots, depending on how many you are. You choose who marries you, in English, French or both, and what gets said.

Can we have our civil wedding in Pernes-les-Fontaines?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the château. Pernes-les-Fontaines town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the château.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Avignon TGV station is 30 minutes away and Marseille-Provence airport 50. 34 of them sleep at the château, and for the others we share the best hotels in Pernes, a few minutes away.

How do our guests get back after the party?

34 of them sleep at the château, a few steps from the dance floor. The hotels in Pernes are a few minutes away, and the château has parking for coaches.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.

Where do we get ready?

In the château's bridal suite, 70 m² full of light, looking out over the park and the waterfall. Your closest friends get ready in the rooms next door, and everyone is already there when the day begins.

And if it rains?

The Orangerie takes over: 470 m² on one level under a timber roof, tall windows onto the lawn, and air conditioning for summer. Dinner and dancing stay in the same place, rain or shine.

Will our grandparents manage easily?

Yes. The Orangerie is all on one level, the château has a bedroom adapted for reduced mobility, and there is private parking on site. Dogs are welcome too.

What is the split cedar in the park?

The estate's legend. In the 19th century, an aristocrat married a shepherdess who worked at the château, and together they planted a cedar of Lebanon in front of the house. When their twins were born, lightning split it in two. It still stands in the gardens.
