Your wedding at Château La Coste

Fervenza organises your wedding here, all-inclusive from €2,000,000

Win back 56 days of peace of mind

Planning a wedding is a second job. At Fervenza, it's ours: creative ideas that feel like you, our address book, one contract and a price you know up front. Your ally, for the two of you, carrying your whole wedding.

Why we love Château La Coste

A wine estate north of Aix: vines, cypresses, the Luberon in the distance, and art all over the hills. Your people sleep on the estate, and from the first evening everyone dines around the fire, by the olive trees. What everyone talks about on the way home: the giant spider standing on the water, in front of the art centre.

  • 150

guests seated in the old wine cellars, now a gallery

  • The art centre, yours in the evening

its gardens and its reflecting pool, privately hired for your guests

  • The reflecting pool in front of the Château La Coste art centre, a giant spider sculpture standing on the water, wooded hills behind

    Over 40 artworks

in the open air among the vines, your guests' walk the next day

  • The party

    • Ceremony among the vines

or in one of the estate's gardens, your call

    • Dancing at the art centre

once the visitors have gone, the whole evening by the water

    • Rain plan

the old wine-cellar gallery, dinner among the works on show

  • Practical

    • 71 rooms at the Auberge

and the Villa's suites, right on the estate

    • The whole family comes along

restaurants and hotels accessible, the art walk by electric buggy, dogs welcome on a lead

    • 20 min from Aix

Aix-en-Provence TGV station 30 min away, Marseille airport 45 min

  • The paved square of the Auberge La Coste, with its tables, cypresses and a tree, the vines in the background
Meeting up on the Auberge's square
  • A wedding ceremony set among the vines at Château La Coste: a grass aisle strewn with petals, clear chairs and a flower arch
    Your vows, facing the vines
  • The reflecting pool in front of the Château La Coste art centre, a giant spider sculpture standing on the water, wooded hills behind
    Drinks by the reflecting pool
  • A long wooden table set for dinner under the plane trees at Château La Coste, in late afternoon light
    Dinner under the plane trees
  • The Château La Coste art centre lit up in the evening for a wedding party, string lights in the trees reflected in the pool
The art centre lights up, you dance
  • A table laid with linen and bowls of fruit by the Chapel of Château La Coste, the vines and the Luberon hills beyond
The next day, facing the Luberon

The area

Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade is a village of the pays d'Aix on the Durance, 15 km north of Aix-en-Provence. For guests who come a day early: the Aix market on Place des Prêcheurs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, and a tour of the estate's winery, dug 17 metres under the vines.

Who is Fervenza?

Fervenza is a French company for all-inclusive weddings. With Émilie and the whole team, we're already planning weddings for 2027 and 2028.

  • A French company, licensed for live events Your contract is governed by French law, and written in English too
  • Insured for professional liability
How much does a wedding at Château La Coste cost?

From €2,000,000, all-inclusive, for 3 days and about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. Your exact price depends on your date, your guest count and the spaces you choose, in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once you agree, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, or something you add along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can't make it?

We replace them. They're our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd's. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can't be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the estate directly?

You can, it's a beautiful house. The estate hires out its spaces, cooks for you and opens its address book. You then bring together the flowers, the decor, the music, the photographer, the flow of your wedding and the welcome for your guests. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the estate keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 150 seated and 280 for a cocktail party in the old wine cellars' gallery. From a winter wedding for 40 to the big party, there is a space your size.

Which dates are still free?

Tell us your date, we check with the estate and reply in writing. Château La Coste is open all year round and welcomes weddings in every season.

Will the estate be all ours?

In the evening, yes: the art centre and its gardens are privately hired for your party. By day, the estate also welcomes visitors on its art walk, while the spaces you choose for the ceremony and drinks are reserved for you.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes, in any of the outdoor spaces: among the vines, by the music pavilion, or in the kitchen garden under the chestnut trees. You choose the spot and the time at the visit, and we set everything up, from the aisle to the chairs.

Can we have our civil wedding in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the estate. Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at La Coste.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Marseille airport is 45 minutes away, two hours' flight from London, and Aix-en-Provence TGV station 30 minutes, three hours by train from Paris. To sleep, the Auberge's 71 rooms and the Villa's suites are right on the estate.

What will we eat?

The estate's own cooking, all home-made from fresh local produce, with its organic wines. For the first evening, a dinner cooked over open fires, Argentine style, among the olive trees. And your vegetarian guests get dishes of their own, created like all the others.

Where do we get ready?

At Villa La Coste, on the estate: a suite, its spa and the view over the vines. One of you can also get ready at the Auberge, on its little square, so you only see each other at the ceremony.

Grandparents, children, dogs: can everyone come along?

Yes: the estate's restaurants and hotels are accessible, the Auberge entirely, and we pick easy-to-reach spaces together for the ceremony, dinner and party. The art walk climbs the hills, so those who walk less do it by electric buggy, on booking. Children love the works, and dogs are welcome on a lead.

And the heat in July?

We set the ceremony for the end of the day, when the light turns golden over the vines and the air cools. The estate's plane trees and hundred-year-old chestnut trees keep the drinks in the shade, and dinner starts at sunset.

Can our guests see the artworks during the weekend?

Yes: the art walk runs for 4 kilometres through the hills, more than 40 works, 2 to 3 hours on foot. Guided tours leave every day at 10 am and 2:30 pm, in French and in English: perfect for your guests the day after.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.
