The area

The estate lies in Gassin, whose hilltop village, one of the Plus Beaux Villages de France, looks out over the sea, the Îles d'Or and the Maures hills. Saint-Tropez's market on the Place des Lices is on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, Ramatuelle's on Thursday and Sunday. And Pampelonne beach unrolls its 7 kilometres of sand.

Fervenza is a French company for all-inclusive weddings. With Émilie and the whole team, we're already planning weddings for 2027 and 2028.

How much does a wedding at Domaine Les Mésanges cost?

From €286,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once you agree, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, or something you add along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can't make it?

We replace them. They're our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd's. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can't be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the estate directly?

You can, it's a lovely house. The estate rents you its gardens and its 14 suites from the day before to the day after the wedding. You then gather the caterer of your choice, drinks, furniture, flowers, music, a photographer and the running of the day. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the estate keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 300 at the table in the gardens, among the olive trees, and 28 of them sleep at the estate. For the smaller meals of the weekend, the patio fountain gathers 30 of you, the Bergerie and its pool about 60.

Will the estate be just ours?

Yes: the estate is rented for exclusive use, with all 14 of its suites, from the day before the wedding to the morning after. The garden, the pools and the natural pond are for your people. Only the Villa aux Oliviers is let separately, and it can sleep 8 more of your guests.

Which dates are still free?

The estate is open all year round, its pool heated from April to October. Tell us your date, we check with Domaine Les Mésanges and reply in writing.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes, secular or religious: on a white aisle along the row of cypress trees, or under the thousand-year-old olive trees. Your words, your officiant, your people around you.

Can we have our civil wedding in Gassin?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the estate. Gassin town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the estate.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 1 h 30 away, Toulon-Hyères 50 minutes, La Môle-Saint-Tropez 25. By train, they get off at Les Arcs-Draguignan or Saint-Raphaël. From Cannes, the boat reaches Saint-Tropez in 1 h 30. And 28 of your guests sleep on site.

How do our guests get back after the party?

28 of them simply walk back to their suite. The others stay right next door, at the hotel on Chemin du Chastelas, or in Saint-Tropez and Port-Grimaud. We give you the addresses, ready to share with your loved ones.

Where do we get ready?

At the estate: one of you in La Nuptiale, the other in Chez le Berger, a 100 m² suite with its own pool. Your people are in the suites next door, and the cypress aisle is waiting in the garden.

Is late September a good idea?

Yes: the pool is still heated, and the gulf lives to the rhythm of the Voiles de Saint-Tropez, the great sailing boats in the bay from late September to early October. Hotels around the gulf are in high demand then, so your guests will want to book their rooms early.
