How many guests for this festival format?
From 100 to 180 guests. The festival format thrives with more than a hundred: enough energy to fill the zones, enough intimacy for every guest to know the couple. The estate is sized to absorb the crowd without queues at the stations or empty patches on the dance area.
Why no seated dinner?
Because a festival is not a dinner with music. It is a production. Standing guests move between zones, choose their station, choose their moment. No seating chart, no assigned table, no enforced conversation. The format liberates: guests who barely knew each other cross paths six times in an evening.
What is the artistic parade?
The defining moment. After the cocktail and immersive installations, an artistic troupe sweeps all guests toward the festival main stage. The journey is staged: lights, sound, suspense. When guests arrive, the stage, the chef stations, the cocktail bar are already set. The parade is the spectacle.
Can we choose the bands or DJs?
Yes. Fervenza books the two acts that mean the most to you: your favourites, the ones whose songs you know by heart. The first plays once the parade reaches the main stage, when the evening catches fire. The second performs the next morning as an acoustic set during brunch. We handle the booking, production, and technical requirements.
What is the best season?
From May to September. June and September offer the most reliable Provençal weather for an outdoor festival: warm evenings, clear skies, golden light until nine. July and August bring the longest days and the warmest nights, for a party that runs past midnight under the stars.
Where do guests stay?
On site when the estate has rooms, or in selected guesthouses and bastides within a ten-minute radius. Fervenza reserves a block of rooms and coordinates transfers. Nobody drives on festival night.
What is the indicative budget?
Festival celebrations in Provence start around €250,000 for a hundred guests over two days: estate privatisation, open-air ceremony, stage with professional sound and lighting, one live band, three open chef stations, cocktail bar, giant games, brunch, and full coordination included.
