Who is Fervenza?

Fervenza is a French company for all-inclusive weddings. With Émilie and the whole team, we're already planning weddings for 2027 and 2028.

  • A French company, licensed for live events Your contract is governed by French law, and written in English too
  • Insured for professional liability
How much does a wedding at Domaine de Valbonne cost?

From €118,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once you agree, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, or something you add along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can't make it?

We replace them. They're our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd's. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can't be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the estate directly?

You can, it's a beautiful house. The estate rents you its hamlet. You then bring together the caterer for three meals, the dinner chairs, the DJ, the concierge, the lifeguard, the flowers and the photographer, then tidy everything away before you leave. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the estate keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 160 at a seated dinner, 56 of them sleeping on site. From your closest 56 all in the hamlet to the big party, the estate adapts: the village courtyard, the olive grove and the barn welcome everyone.

Which dates are still free?

The estate hosts weddings from mid-April to early October, at weekends or on weekdays. Tell us your date, we check with Domaine de Valbonne and reply in writing.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes, and there is plenty of choice: under the great holm oaks, in the olive grove, by the lavender or in the clearing along the stream. Your words, the person of your choice to marry you, and everyone around you.

Can we marry in church?

Yes. The estate keeps a list of the churches nearby that welcome couples marrying at Domaine de Valbonne, and of the priests to contact. The ceremony at church, then everyone comes back to the estate for drinks around the pool.

Can we have our civil wedding in Saint-Paulet-de-Caisson?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the estate. Saint-Paulet-de-Caisson town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the estate.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Orange station is 25 minutes away, Avignon TGV 45, Marseille airport 1 h 10. 56 of your guests sleep at the estate, and we share the best addresses less than 10 minutes away for the others.

How do our guests get back after the party?

56 of them only have a few steps to their room. The others stay in the gîtes and hotels nearby, less than 10 minutes away: we give you the addresses, ready to share with your loved ones.

Where do we get ready?

In the bridal suite of the mas: 179 m², air-conditioned, with a living room, a private terrace and a view over the whole estate, from the pool to the lavender. The other one of you gets ready in one of the hamlet's cottages, a few steps away.

Will our grandparents manage easily?

Yes. Nine bedrooms are on the ground floor, spread across the hamlet's cottages: we keep them for those who need them, and cars park on site. The estate is laid out in terraces, with a stairway down to the dinner courtyard: at the visit, we map out the easiest way for them.

And the children?

They are welcome: cots and high chairs on site, a playground, a ping-pong table, giant chess and a floodlit pétanque court. A babysitter can look after them during dinner.

When is the lavender in bloom?

From around 10 June to mid-July. And the estate does not cut its thousand lavender plants at peak bloom: they turn a deeper purple and stay all summer, until the autumn harvest. Enough for your golden-hour photos, even in August.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.
